Strengthening our Services through Shared Best Practices & Market Insights

In October and November, over 60 Exis partner firm representatives gathered for Exis’s annual regional events: the North American Summit, held in Costa Mesa, CA in conjunction with the CoreNet Global North American Summit, and the European Summit, held in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Partners, owners, and relevant staff from Exis’s 30 global partner firms participated to learn from each other best practices and market trends, discuss current and potential shared business, and strategize for Exis’s coming year and beyond – all in an effort to provide tenant clients worldwide with the best service for their real estate needs.

The North American summit was held in conjunction with CoreNet Global’s North American Summit, at which Exis participated as an exhibitor in the Innovation Pavilion. Attendees to the booth played “Tenant Roulette” and had a chance to “solve the space puzzle” for a chance to win some great prizes valued up to $500. Exis partners and staff manned the booth to meet with and inform thousands of CNG OC attendees about the benefit of tenant representation and why the Exis model works.

Exis also hosted a client and vendor reception at Disneyland’s award-winning restaurant, Catal, during the CoreNet event.

Immediately following the CoreNet event, Exis North American (and Singapore) partners met for two days to strategize for 2020 and share resources and best practices covering areas including market reports, lease administration, project management, broker recruiting and training, diversity in CRE, marketing, and more.

In November, Exis European partners met in Amsterdam for similar purposes – to discuss strategic development, business growth, additional services for clients, and market trends.

In addition to the European meeting, Exis and CoreNet Benelux partnered to present a panel on the topic of improving tenant relations with property managers. During this panel, Exis partner firm Solved (located in Amsterdam) presented the results of their property manager survey, in which over 160 CRE professionals participated. Over 50 attendees participated in the panel and drinks event.

Exis partners are looking forward to the coming year and continuing to strengthen our platform of global best-in-class tenant representation firms so we can continually provide tenants with the finest results.
