TRIPP Commercial was founded in 2012 by Tripp Guin, since then the firm has expanded to two cities (Charlotte and Atlanta), grown to five brokers and built administrative support for their team.

The team is solely focused on corporate services and tenant representation – working regionally and nationally, and sometimes internationally. The principal, Tripp Guin, through his experience in commercial real estate recognized the importance of tenant-only services, “Having worked at Trammell Crow and CBRE, I saw the level of attention landlords and investors received and I believe the tenant needs a similar level of attention and advocacy.” says Guin.

They joined Exis in 2021 to partner with firms who also believe in tenant-only representation. It was Exis’ website that initially caught Tripp’s eye “I realized that we were already working with many companies in the partnership, so that sealed it for me!”. Joining Exis has opened new opportunities for Tripp Commercial, with online meetings, webinars and ability to work on deals with partner firms that share the same values.

“We’re thrilled to have Tripp Commercial as our partner in North Carolina.” says Jenny Faucher, Managing Director of Exis, “They show the same passion for tenant representation and offer high-quality services that are important to all of our partners”. Tripp Commercial keeps growing and offers exceptional value to its client’s, “I’m proud that it has made it to ten years and we have continued to grow and expand organically. We’ve represented major corporations as a boutique firm, which says a lot. It’s always easy for large companies to hire the big shops, but it says a lot about trust and respect when they engage a boutique specialty firm” says Guin.
