Ellington Real Estate Ltd., formed in 2011, combines leasing and facilities services into one platform to better serve their clients. Ellington’s model has turned the traditional brokerage model upside down by creating an objective resource of highly experienced advisors that clients can work with on an as needed basis. This model is in contrast to traditional brokerages whose transactional cultures have inherent conflicts of interest as it relates to representing tenants for leasing and facilities services.
