In 1998, Gibraltar Real Estate Services, LLC was formed to provide a full array of real estate advisory services to its clients. While the trend in the real estate industry has been one of merging firms with conflicting functions (i.e. leasing, managing and developing properties, as well as representing tenants,) Gibraltar was created with the unwavering belief in exclusively representing the end-user of space, the tenant, without any conflicts of interest.
Under the leadership of Steve Joseph, a Chicago-based real estate professional representing local and national tenants since 1987, a team of transaction specialists began to implement this vision. Gibraltar established in-house operating groups, including lease administration and project/program management to complete the goal of possessing full-service capabilities. Gibraltar remains committed to providing the highest level of advisory services to each one of its clients through its attention to detail, creative approach and consistent delivery of positive results.
