Sebastian has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, where he has been involved in managing some of the largest property funds on a global scale, including M&G Real Estate, Chinese Estates and IBM UK Pensions Trust.

Upon returning to New Zealand, Sebastian became Head of Advisory and Transactions at a major multinational commercial real estate company, representing some of the country’s largest occupiers, including Google, EY, Waka Kotahi and AIG.
