Chad Jewell is the founder and principal broker of Austin Office Space. Chad started Austin Office Space in 1999 after seeing a need in the Austin market for a modern brokerage firm that exclusively represents and serves occupiers.

Chad enjoys connecting with other entrepreneurs and helping them navigate growth challenges within the rapidly expanding Austin market. Chad focuses on delivering service beyond the traditional broker duties and seeks a consultancy role with his clients, getting underneath the basic real estate requirements to help them make intelligent business decisions.

Chad started his real estate career in 1997 and is now in his 20th year of representing office and industrial tenants and buyers in the Austin area.
